AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE TO JOHN A. LeVAN
OF LOTS 1 & 2 IN BLOCK 10 GLAITXOOD ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; AND AUTHORIZING THE !.WTOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT OEDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COM'iISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTCCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of John
LeVan in the sum of 1200.00 cash for the purchase of Lots
Nos. 1 and 2 in Block 10 of Glenwood Addition to the City
of Paducah, as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A",
page 98, McCrgcken County Court Clerk's Office; and the tviayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for' and on
behalf of the City of Paducah a deed under which said
property shall be conveyed with covenant of Special l"larranty
of title, and subject to any encroachments, defects, or
other state of facts which an accurate survey of said property
would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
