PENCE AND HIS ':;IFE, BERTHA PENCE, TO SELL AND CONVEY TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR THE SUM OF $75.-)0 LOT NO. 148 IN BLOCK "J" OF THE HARRIS, FLOURNOY AND TRItMLE ADDITION TO SAID CITY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LOAtRD OF C0181ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah purchase from F. K. Pence and his wife, Bertha Pence, Lot No. 148 in Block "J" of the Harris, Flournoy and Trimble Addition to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for the sum of p75.00, said lot to be used by the Street department as a site for the mixing and preparation of materials for street construction, and that a deed of conveyance to said property be accepted. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
