AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE TO WILLIAM.C.
WHITBY OF THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: LOT 11 IN BLOCK 9; LOT 14
IN BLACK 6; LOT 19 IN BLOCK 9; LOT 17 IN BLOCK 3; LOT 14 IN
BLOCK 3; LOT 19 IN BLOCK 7; AND LOT 14 IN BLOCK 7, ALL OF SAID
LOTS BEING IN O'BRYANIS ADDITION TO THE CITE OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of William
C. +hitby in the sum of $350.00 dash for the purchase of the
following property: Lot 11 in Block 9; Lot 14 in Block 6;
Lot 19 in Block 9; Lot 17 in Block 3; Lot 14 in Block 3; Lot
19 in Block 7, and Lot 14 in Block 7, said lots being in O'Eryanls
Addition to the City of Paducah as shown by plat recorded in
Plat Book "A", page 77, McCracken County Court �Ierkls Office;
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute,
for and on behalf of the City of Paducah a -deed under which said
property shall be conveyed with covenant of Special Warranty
of title, and subject to any encroachments, defects, or any
state of facts which an accurate survey of said property would
show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance ^hall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
