SUTTON OF LOT 16 IN BLOCK 8 IN O'BRYANIS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
PADUCAH; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIAIdISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Allis
F. Sutton in the sum of ;�50.00 cash for the purchase of Lot
16, in Block 8 in D'Bryah+s Addition to the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A", page 77,
McCracken County Court Clerk's Office; and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf on the
City of Paducah, a deed under which said property shall ba con-
veyed with covenant of Special 'larranty of title, and subject to
any encroachments, defects, or other state of,facts which an
accurate survey of said property would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
