1XIMEAS, The Lily Tulip Cup Corporation has become the
Lessor of a certain lot or parcel of land located at ;;1016 Jeffersoi
Street in Paducah, Kentucky, and said property will be used for the
operatmon of a plant in vihich paper containers brill be manufactured
and,
WHEREAS, said e,orporation having_ submitted to t e Board of
Commissioners its application for exemption from municipal taxation
on all of its manufacturinf properties and business to-ated at
;;'1016 Jefferson Street; and,
'.:EEREA3, it anpearinC that the manulgcturing plant of
raid aJ;plicant is a bona fide nanufacturin,, enterprise and should
be oxeript from taxation for a period of five years as an er_duceru�nt
to its location in saic: city;

3ECTION 1.
That the Lily Tulip Cup Corporation and all manufacturing
properties owned by said 1,orporation at ,,=1016 Jefferson Street in t
City of Faducah, ti:antucky, oe and the same is hereby exempt ft•om th
payment to the City of Paducah of all license taxes and ad valorem
taxes, with the exception of taxes due and payable for school purpo
for a period of five (5) years beginning with the assessment due
in the year 1946.
SECTION 2.
This Resolution shall be ih full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
