That the Lily Tulip Cup Corporation and all manufacturing properties owned by said 1,orporation at ,,=1016 Jefferson Street in t City of Faducah, ti:antucky, oe and the same is hereby exempt ft•om th payment to the City of Paducah of all license taxes and ad valorem taxes, with the exception of taxes due and payable for school purpo for a period of five (5) years beginning with the assessment due in the year 1946.
