That the City of Paducah accept the offer of James
'hitfield in the sum of :.e25.00 cash for the purchase of Lot 27
in 31 cck 1 of the I.:ollie G. Allen Addition to the City of Paducah
as shown by Plat recorded in :fat :;oo'-: 'W', paf-e 33.3, :Icf'.raclien
County CoLuq 0"f ice; also the offer of ;1. L. Lax in the
sum of ,325.00 cash -for the purchase of Lots 16 cc 17 in Llock 25
located at the ooutheast corner of the intersection of 20th and
F;ashineton Streets; and the Payor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute, for and on behalf of, the City of
Paducah, a deed under which said property shall be conveyed
with covenant of Special -arranty of title, and subject to
any encroachments, defects, or any other state of facts :which
an accurate survey of said property would show.
3ECTI0 12.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
