to the City of Paducah, and the Nayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to etiecute and deliver to them, for and on behalf of til
City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said Property With covens.
Of SPecial •arranty and subject to any defects, encroachments, or
other phys_cal facts which an accurate survey would show.
