SECTIOP: 1.
That the —oard of Commissioners does hereby approve
tine final report and rec :mmendations of the City Plannin;; and
:zoning Commission embodied in a resolution adopted by it on
'.:arch 26th, 1945, and it shall be unlawful for any person owning
property in the area between Locust Drive and i'..shcraft "venue
add Yeiser Street and Sowell Street to glace thereon or to
construct a residence which shall cost less than .l000.00.
SECTION 2.
Any rroperty owner, tenant or other person e:he erects,
constructs or reconstructs any residence in violation of or
contrary to the aforesaid provisions of this ordinance, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall
be fined in any sum not less than ,;10.00 nor more than ;100.00
for each offense so committed and each day such offense is
committed shall be deemed a separate offense and shall be subject t
a separate penalty under the provisions hereof, or the person
so offending or so guilty of violation of the provisions hereof,
may, in addition to such fine be imprisoned not more than fifty
(50) days at the discretion of the Judge or Jury trying, the case.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
