AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO CARL BAMBINO OF LOT
43 IN THE 0. H. SHELTON SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY Oi? PADLUAH, AND AL
THE SALE TO IVALIE ROSS OF LOT 224 I:I ADDITION F OF FLOURNOY, NORT
AYD IIARRIS ADDITION; AM AUTHOPIZING TIIE IAAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMMITS OF CONVEYANCE TO.SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C01-UZISSIONOW OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the cHer of Carl Lambino
in the sum of 'P100.00 for the purchase of Lot 45 in the O.H.Sheltot
Sub -division to the City of Paducah, as shown by plat recorded in
Plat Book "A", page 1£34, ;cCracken County Court Clerk's Office,
.30.00 of the purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance at
the rate of 310.00 per month with 6;' interest; also the,offer of
Ivalie Ross in the amount of ,;75.00 for the purchase of Lot 224,
Addition "F" of the Flournoy, Horton E Harris Addition to the City
of Paducah as shown by plat recorded in Deed Uook "0" page 230,
McCracken County Court Clerks Office, y25.00 of the purchase pric
to be paid in cash and the balance at the rate of X10.00 per month
with 6' interest; and the Mayor and City Clerk are,hereby authoriz
to execute a contract for the sale of said property upon the afore
said terms and subject to such further terms, conditions and covenants
as may be required by the City Bianager.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
