AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO JOSEPH C. WILLIAMS
OF LOT 12 IN BLOCK 9 OF GLENWOOD ADDITION TO THE CITY 0r' PADUCAH,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUId.
OF CONVEYANCE 4D SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COTIMIM3JIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Joseph
C. ',:'illiams in the sum of .1-150.00 for the purchase of Lot 12
in block 9 of Glenwood Addition to the Coty of Paducah, as shown
by plat recorded in Plat Book ":i", nage 98, ILcCracken County
Court Clork' s Office; .;50.00 of the purchase price to be paid
in cash and the balance to be paid at the rate of •;;16.67
per month with interest at 61"of; and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute a contract for the sale
of said property upon the aforesaid terms and subject to such
further terms, conditions and covenants as may be required by
the City i.anager.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
