BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C01'.111ISSIONERS OF THE CITY C
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of W.S. Beckett
in the sum of x$600.00 cash for the purchase of property located
on the North side of Jefferson Street between 29th and 30th Stree
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, being Lots No. 7 and 8 of the
portion of the S.B. Caldwell Reservation lying on the North side
of Jefferson Street as shown by Plat upon City Block Map; and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and
on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed under which said propert
shall be conveyed with•convenant of Special 'Rarranty of title, an
subject to any encroachments, defocts, or any state of facts whic
an accurate survey of said property would show.
SECTION 2
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
