That the City of Paducah accept the offer of
James !,,orris in the sum of x100.00 for the purchase of Lot

of Paducah, as shorn by plat recorded in lead .-ook 40, pace
556, i:cCracken County Court Office; •;,,35.00 of the
purchase price to be nail in cash anll the balance ro be paid
at the rate of ;110.00 per month rite interest at ^,,;; and the
Payor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to e;zecute a contract
for the sale of said property upon the aforesaid terms and
subject to such further ter -s, conditions and covenants as
may be required by the City i:anger.
