AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE TO 11. B. KENNEDY, JRJ,
OF LOT 9 LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF JEFFERSON STREET P Brv, EPd
29th and 30th STREETS; HAD AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR tip:D CITY CLERIC
TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY

OF PADUCAII, I'.E1TUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of W.B.Kennedy,
Jr., in the sum of ;x350.00 cash for the purchase of property
located on the North side of Jefferson Street between 29th £c 30th
Streets in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, being Lot I;o. 9 of the
Portion of the S-c.Caldwell Reservation lying on the North side of
Jefferson Street as shown by Plat upon City Block D1ap; and the May r and
City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of he
City of Paducah, a deed under which said propert;( shall be conveyed
with covenant of Special 7arranty of title, and subject to
any encroachments, defects, or any state of facts which. -an
accurate survey of said property would show.
SEC TIOI: 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
