AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE TO SARAH BOGAN
OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON 8TH STREET BETUEEN HUSBANDS AND BACHMAN
STREETS FOR 0250.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO 3;ECUTE A
DEED OF CONVEYANCE 4O SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI.114ISSI_ ONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCK':
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Sarah Bog
in the sum of x'250.00 cash for the purchase of property located
on the East side of 8th Street between Husband and Eachma.n Streets
in the city of Paducah, Kentucky; and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City
of Paducah,a deed under which said property shall oe conveyed
with covenant of Special '.Iarranty of title, and subject to
any encroachments, defects, or other state of facts which an
accurate survey of said property would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
