NATHAN GRAY IN TIIE SUM OF $137.50 FOR DAMAGES TO A TRAFFIC LIGIIT POST CAUSED BY THE COLLISION OF THE SAID L. NATHAN GRAY'S AUTOMOBILT INITH SAID LIGHT POST ON OCTOBLTt 17, 1944, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER TO HIST A RELEASE ON ACCOUNT OF ALL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SAID ACCIDENT BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COLII+IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer of L. Nathan Gray in the sum of :-137.50 as settlement in full on account of all damages sustained by the city when the automobile of L. Nathan Gray collided with a traffic light post at the northwest corner of the intersection of 9th and Jefferson Streets in said city on October 17th, 1944, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, to execute and deliver to the said L. Nathan Gray an instrument of writing releasing him from all claims, demands, actions and causes of actions which the City of Paducah has against him as a result of said accident. SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. Passed by the Board of Commissioners, December 5th, 1944. Recorded by Rudy Stewart, City Clerk, December 5th, 1944.
