AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE TO A. B. PRESLEY
OF T1110 (2) 50 FOOT LOTS LOCATED AT THE NORTIVIEST CORNER OF
THE INTERSECTION OF 21ST AND MONROE STREETS IN THE CITY OF 40
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR A2TD CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI,II,IISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of A.B.
Presley in the sum of ;500.00 cash for the purchase of two (2)
50 foot lots located at the 11orthwest corner of the intersection
of 21st and i.'onroe Streets, said lots extending back 165 feet
and 9 inches to an alley; and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City
of Paducah, a deed under which said property shall be conveyed
with covenant of Special +arranty of title, and subject to
any encroachments, defects, or any other state of facts which
an accurate survey of said property would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
