AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE TO CHARLES D. BRYANT
OF LOT 10 IN BLOCK 12 WEST END IMPROVEMENT COMPANY'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING TIME MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF,CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAIi, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Charles
D. Bryant in the sum of N400.00 cash for the purchase of Lot 10
in Block 12 on the South side of Kentucky Avenue between 23rd &
24th Streets, said lot beginning 50,feet east of the southeast
corner of 24th & Kentucky Avenue and running back 160 feet 9 inche
to an alley; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
.to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed under
which said property shall be conveyed with covenant of Special
Warranty of title, and subject to any encroachments, defects, or
any other state of facts which an accurate survey of said property
would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
