CERTAIN PROFF-RTZ ON LOTH SIDES OF MEYERS STREET AS A BUSINESS
DISTRICT OR ZONE

CITY OF PLDUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the
City Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final
report embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on November 7th,
1944, all of the property on both sides of Lieyers Street from
Island creek to Locust Drive, zone boundary on the .forth side
of Meyers .itreet to extend bac_c for depth to the Tennessee
River, on the South side of I:eyers Street to extend back for
depth 160 feet, is herebj declared to be a business district
within the meaning; of the City Planning; and Zoning Commission
Law.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in hill force and effect from
and after its adoption.
