AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE TO JAMES A.
BOULAND OF LOT 9 AIM ONE-HALF OF LOT 8 IN BLOCK "N" OF AVONDALE
HEIGHTS SUB -DIVISION TC THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AILD AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLLRK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO
SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAIIIED BY THE BOARD OF C0TZMI.;SIONER3 OF ME
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah, accept the offer of James
A. Bouland in the sum of N400.00 t) be paid in cash for the
purchase of Lot 9 and one-half of Lot 8 in block "i1" of Avondale
Heights Sub -division as shown by plat recorded in Plat Book "A"
page 118, 'cCracken County Court 'lerkIs Office; and the Kayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on beha
of the City of Paducah an instrument under er;iich said :property
shall be conveyed with covenant of Special 7,arranty of t.tle,
and subject to any encroachments, defects, or any other state
of facts which an accurate Survey of said property would show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption/
