NELLLWS OF THE OLD FIRE ;TATION PROPERTY AT 10TH & .JONES STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND ALSO THE SALE TO L. A. COLTER OF LOT 16 IN BLOCK 12 OF MNRRELL13 67E:iT END ADDITION TO SAID CITY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEEDS OF CONVEYi TO SAID PROPERTY BE IT ORDAINED Bf THE BOARD OF COMMISSIOIiERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of saducah accept the offer of Nelson W. ilellums in the sum of '3000.00 to be paid in cash} fpr type Purchase of the Old Fire Station property, bein a lot 40 feet by 140 feet located at the Northeast corner of 10th & Jones Streets, provided he agrees to accept title to said property .subject to the provisions of a certain lease laecuted and delivered by the City of Paducah to Howard E. Shelton June 24th, 1944; also that tie City of Paducah accept the offer of L.A.Comer in the sum of k125.C.O bo be paid in cash for lot 16 in block 12, of B'urrell's ,'lest End Addition as shown by plat of said Addition of record in Plat Book "A", page 86, in the i;icCracicen county Court Clerk's Office; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City d' Paducah, instruments under which said property shall be conveyed with covenant of Special "arranty of title, and subject to any encroachments, defects, or any other state of facts which an accurate survey of said property would show.
