ON THE 5TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1920, AND AMENDED ON JUNE 6TH, 1944
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIQMMONERS OF ME
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That Section 13 of an ordinance entitled: "API ORDINANCE
PRESCRIBING RULES FOR 7HE BOARD OF C0I1I+1I3.31ONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FIXING THE T.IILE FOR HOLDIN= REGULAR MEETINGS
OF SAID BOARD AND REPEALING ALL RJLES A:ID ORDI11ANCES IN CriiIK ICT
THEREWITH", which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on
the 5th day of January, 1920, and amended on June 6th, 1944,
be amended so that said jection as amended shall read as follows:
" Section 13. The re_-ular meetings of the -oard of
Commissioners shall be held on each Tuesday at 7:30 P.1.1. from
September 15th to May 15th, and at 8:00 P.r'. from May 15th to
September 15th."
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
