CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COT--IMI33ION PROVIDING FOR THE `LONI":i OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY OI'I THE IIORTH :TIDE OF BROWN AVENUE As A BU.iI11ESS
DISTRICT OR ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED EY THE �oARD OF COLS&iI33IONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCISY:
SEC TIOII 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the
City Planning and mooning Commission as shown by its final
report embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on October 9th,
1944, all of the property abutting on the North side of Brown
Avenue from the -!est property line of Cully Street extended to
the 'Nest property line of Olive Street, and running back for
depth a distance of 125 feet, is hereby declared to be a
business district tirithin the meaning of the City Planning
and 2,oning Commission Law.
SECTIOII 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
