THE SALE TO LALLIE HOLLAND OF LOT 4 IN BLOCK 2 ROWLAND PLACE ADDI
AND ALSO THE SALE TO JOE MoIVATERS OF LOT 10 IN BLOCK 26 BEST EAD
IMPROVEMENT COMPANY'S ADDITION TO SAID CITY; AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO MOCUTE PROPER INSTRU1dENTS OF CONVEYANCE
TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE EOARD OF COMMI'SIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUM. Y:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Bertha
Davis in the amount of •,x75.00 for the purchase of a Lot 50x165
feet located at the I7orthwest corner of 25th & Tennessee Street,
yj.25.00 to be paid in cash and the balance at the rate of ;10.00
per month with 6% interest; also the offer of Henry smith in
the amount of ti 50.00 cash for the purchase of a part of Lot 16
of Bowman's Addition, said lot beginning 183 feet from the South-
west corner of 8th & Husbands Streets; also the offer of Lallie
Holland in the sum of (?100.00 for the purchase of Lot 4 in shock 2
Rowland's Addition, plat of said Addition being recorded in Deed
Book 40, page 366, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, :;125.00
of the purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance at the
rate of ;;10.00 per month with 6% interest; and also the offer
of Joe Y.c':Jaters in the amount of x175.00 for the purchase of
Lot 10 in Block 26, Vest End Irrprovement Company's Addition,
plat of said addition being recorded in Plat Book "A", page 168,
aforesaid Clerk's Office, 4100.00 bf the purchase price to be
padi in cash and the balance to be paid in thirty (30) days with
6% interest; and the hayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, instruments
under which said property shall be conveyed with covenant of �;peci
"larranty of title, and subject to any encroachments, defects, or
any other state of facts which an accurate survey of said property
would show.

This ordinance shall bo in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
