)ITY; ALSO THE SALE TO H. C. ENGLERT & HORTdAN SANDERS OF LOTS
L8, 19 & 20 IN BLOCK 22 LOCATED ON WASHINGTON STREET BE VIEEN 20th
� 21st STREETS; AND ALSO THE SALE TO GOLDIE MLAY SUGGS OF A LOT
LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF YEISER & BETHEL STREETS; AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS OF GONVEYANCE
TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED B`1 THE BOARD OF COL4T.IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCIY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of John L. Knight
in the amount of x50.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase of
Lot 2 in Block 6 of Hays Addition as shov,,n by plat recorded in
Deed Book 42, page 65, IScCracken County Court Clerk's Office;
also the offer of V. F. Masehmeyer in the amount of ?p800.00 to be
paid in cash for the purchase of a lot 51x165 feet, which lot begins
98 feet East of the Southeast corner of 9th & Jefferson Streets;
also the offer of J. F. Ridgway in the amount of 965.00 cash for
the purchase of Lot 10 in Block 6 of Rol,:rland's Addition, as shown
by plat recorded in Deed Book 40, page 366, aforesaid Clerk's Offic ,
(also the offer of Hattie Sharpe in the amount of '75.00.cash for the
purchase of Lot 28 in Block 2 of Terrell's Fountain Park Addition,
as shown by plat recorded in plat Book "A" page 84, aforesaid
Clerk's Office; also the offer of H. C.Englert and Norman Sanders
in the amount of ;,375.00 cash for the purchase of Lots 18, 19 & 20
in Block 22, which lots are located at the Southwest corner of
20th & ':Sashington Streets, said lots fronting 150 feet on ':fashington
Street and extend back 165.25 feet toward Clark Street; and also thI

rf Goldie May Suggs in the amount of 965.00 for the pu chase
lot located at the Southwest corner of Yeiser & Bethel Streets
;;25.00 of the purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance
in the amount of :40.00 to Le paid under a contract of sale wherein
said city will agree and obligate itself to convey said property
upon the payment of said balance in two (2) monthly installments
in the amount of .;;20.00 each, Frith interest on said balance at
the rate of 6,'� per annum until paid; and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute proper instruments for the
sale of the above mentioned property upon the aforesaid terms and

subject to such further terms, conditions and covenants as may be
required by the City Tdanaget..
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
