AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO HARRY L. STORY
OF LOTS 10 & 11 IN BLOCK 1 ON BLOOMFIELD AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Harry L.
Story in the sum of $100.00 cash for the purchase of Lots Nos.
10 and 11 in Block 1 Rowland Addition, as shown by plat recorded
in Deed Book 40, page 366, McCrgcken County Court Clerk's
office; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed unde
which said property shall be conveyed with covenant of Special
Warranty of title and subject to any encroachments, defects, or a,
state of facts which an accurate survey of said property would
show.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full frce and effect from
and after its adoption.
