AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO E. L. BUNKLEY
OF LOT 16 IN BLOCK 6 OF ROWLAND PLACE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCICY,AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERIC TO
EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDINAED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of E. L.
Bunkley in the sum of ;4P445.00 cash for the purchase of Lot 16 in
Block 6 of Rowland Place Addition to the City of Paducah, as shown
by plat recorded in Deed Book 40, page 366, McCracken County Court
Clerk's Office; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, for and on behald of the City of Paducah, a deed under
which said property shall be conveyed with covenant of 6pecial
warranty of title and subject to any encroachments, defects, or and
state of facts which an accurate survey of said property would shoe{.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
