AN ORDINANCE AUTRORIZING THE SALE TO W. W. ROGERS OF
A LOT LOCATED AT THE SOUTSVEST CORNER OF 9TH AND NORTON STREETS
• IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of W. W.
Rogers in the sum of {,100.00 cash for the purchase of a lot
located at the Southwest corner of 9th & Norton Streets; and
the mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for
and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed under which said
property shall be conveyed with covenant of Special Y'Jarranty of
title and subject to any encroachments, defects, or any other
state of facts which an accurate survey of said property would
show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
