of three (5) 50 foot lots, viz, Lots 1, 2 and 3 in :dock 21, locat(

total frontage of 150 feet on the :Porti: side of 7ashinZton street
and extenVin back for depth at a uniform width 1335.25 feet to a
16 foot alley; and the :: ayor and 3:ity clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, for an6 on behalf of the City of Paducah a deed under
which said property shall in conveyed with covenant of Special
'arranty of Q Lle and subject to any encroachnentn, defects, or
any other state of facts which an accurate purvey of said property
would show.
