CITY O1'' PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION I.
That the City of rsdueah accept the Wev of ho:art h.
and Earl H. Smith in the sum of ;~750.00 for the PuPchase of four
(4) 50 foot lots, viz. Lots 4, 5, 6 L: 7 in -�locl, 24, located
at the northeast corner of 20th & -askinmton Streets, having a
total frontage of 200 feet on �aohln^ton Street and extending
back for depth at a uniform width 105.25 feet to a 1v foot alley.
^50.00 of the purchase price to Le paid in cash and the balance
to be paid at the rate of •;40.00 per month with intayest at Cj ;
and the Mayor and City -lark are hereby authorized to execute,
for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed under which
said propert:; shall be conveyed with covenant of 'pecial
'ilarranty of title and subject to any 5ncroachments, defects,
or any other state of facts which an accurate survey of said
property would show.
SECTIO, 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
