That t'.e City of Paducah approve the location of the public health center on Kentucky Avenue between 9th L`c 10th Streets in Paducah, Kentucky, provided its location on that site is also approved by the Fiscal Court of IdcCraeken county, and that the Corporation counsel be authorized to prcpa•_e for introduction an ordinance or'ordinances eontaininl- such terms and conditions as may be required by the i—deral 'Forks A7,cncy if said A-ency approves t' -.e application of the city and county for the constructie of the health center at said neer location. 1019 SEC TIOU ".
