SEC TION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Dennie J.
Nunan in the sum of y450XO cash for the ourc jase of property

also the offer of the =irst "Lurch of the ilazavene in the ariount
of .', 300.00 for the purchase of Lot 11 in -�loc'_i 25 at the Soutlinrest
corner of 19th & -:ashiniton Strects, ,;;100.00 to be paid in cash
and the balance to be paid in 90- days with 3p interest; and
the isayor and City Clcrl: are hercby authorized to execute
for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, deeds under which
said property shall be conveyed .%,ith covenant of Special :*Ia'rranty
of title and subject to any encroachments, defects, or any other.
state of facts which an accurate survey of said property would
show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
