All ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TIIE SALE TO ERVA D. RANDALL
OF LOT 41 IN BLOCK 2 TERRELLIS FOUNTAIN PARK ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING ME MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVL'YANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE EOARD OF COI?I.'.I.; iIOiIERs OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCICY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Erva D. Ran
in the stun of ;;05.00 to be paid in cash for the purchase of Lot
41 in Block 2 of Terrell's Fountain Park Addition, as shown by plat
recorded in Plat Book "A", page 84, VcCracken County Court Clerk's
Office; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed under
which said property shall be conveyed with covenant of 6pecial
'.:arranty of title and subject to any encroachmm ts, defects, or
any other state of facts which an accurate survey of said property
would show.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
