BE IT ORDAINED I3Y THE L:OARD OF COTII.ISSiONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADU-AH, KENTUCKY:
SECT1077 1.
That the City of Faducah accept the offer of qunicy
Haynes in the sum of ,x60.00 to be paid in call: for the purchase
of a lot located on Cadlviell Street bat,. -:con Lath and 9th Streets,
being '431 feet by 168; foot and :,c,innin; 21C.'; foot fron the
Southwest corner of the intersection of 8th F- Caldwell Streets;
and the Vayor and City Clerk are he_eby authorized to execute,
for and on -behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed under which
said property shall be conveyed with covenant of especial
'.Yarranty of title and subject to any encroachments, defects,
or any other state of facts which an accurate survey of said
property would show.
SEC TIOii 2.
This ordinance shall Le in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
