That the City i.;anager be, and he is hereby authorized and empowered to advertise for bids for the purchase of ,asol'ine acid oil to be used by the City of taducah :in all of its 7overnmental operations for a period o^ four (4) months beginning .Tune 15th, 1944.x Iie ill advertise for regular !*asoline and also for both nremium and first Zrade -toLo_ oil, sealed in drums, by notice poste up at the city hall door and by insertinC no :ice of the request for bids in at least one issue of the :Sun-Tjemocrat. The notices shall be posted and published at least seven days prior to the opening of bids and no bid shall be opened trithin ten (10) days from the date on which this resolution is adopted. lie bid shall be received after the hour fixed in the notice for the opening of bids.
