AND SUPPLEU NTAL JUDGPfiNT IN TH-' CASE OF LUTHI R F. CARSON, FT AL
VS. THE CITY OF PALUCAH, ET AL.
BE IT OFDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMEI£'IONFRS
OF TI?' CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the judgment filed as an_agreed judgment
in McCracken Circuit Court in the action of Luther F. Carson, et al
vs. the City of Paducah, et al on the 26th day of April, 1928, and
the agreed amended and supplemental judgment in said action filed
at the present term of Court are )goes hereby ratified and approved
by the Board of Commissioners.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect from and
after its adoption.
