A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE 11'IYOR TO SIGN CONTRACT
WITH BURNS & MCDONNELL ENGINEERING COMPANY FOR TILE PURPOSE OF
PROCURING A PR LIMINARY SURVEY OF THE, CITY OF PADUCAH, LMKING
REPORTS, I,14PS AND ESTIMPTES TIIER70F TO THE CITY, AS PROVIDED IN
SAID CONTRACT, FOR TFL PRICE OF YIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOT_.LARS,
AND SUCH 011^HT:R AGR'''_.1,EITTS AS ARE CONTAINED IN SAID CONTRACT.

CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1.
That the Mayor is hereby authorized and empowered
to sign for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a contract with
Burns & McDonnell 'Engineering Company for the making of a pre-
liminary survey and surveys, a report thereof, maps and estimates
and other data as provided in said contract In consideration of
all of which services to be rendered by the Burns & McDonnell
Engineering Company, they are to be paid the sum of Five Hundred
($500.00) Dollars upon completion of snid service for making of
reports, maps and surveys and estimates and delivering same to the
City of Paducah, as provided in said contract, and such other
agreements as are contained in said contract.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage;
