A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE PADUCAH 17ATER COMPANY TO EXTEND
ITS MAINS ON CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah water Company be and is hereby ordered and
instructed to install and extend its mains as follows:
Park Avenue, from 25th St. to Thompson Ave.
That said water mains shall in all respects be extended and
installed under Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE
TO CREATE AND ESTABLISH A FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, OVIN ACQUIRE,
19AINTAIN AND USE A 1"LATER 170RKS PLANT AND MATER DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM
'.:'ITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS,OF PAVUCAH, AND INVESTING THE PURCHASER
THERFOF WITH RIGHTS. P091ER AND PRIVILEGES HERTIN SET FORTH, AND
IMPOSING UPON SUCH PURCHASER THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SET OUT
IN THE ORDINANCE," which was adopted by the General Council of the
city of °aducah and approved by the ILayor May 22nd, 1925, and duly
thereafter published on May 26th, 1925.
SECTION 2;
This resolution shall take effect from and after its passage.
