A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF TIME
WITFIN WHICH TO FINISH SIDEWALK, CURB AND GUTTER CONTRACT NIIp¢BF..R
10, 1929.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONEPS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That pursuant to the request of J.M.Rouse Contracting Company
and the National Surety Company, surety in said contractor's bond,
that an extension of time of ninety (90) days from the 1st day of
December, 1929 be granted to said contractor within which to
complete and finish the work under sidewalk, curb and gutter Contract)
No.10, 1929, in the City of Paducah, and being the sidewalk, curb
and gutter on Washington Street between 16th Street and 17th Street,
that the said J.M.Rouse Contracting Company be and the same is
hereby granted an extension of time of ninety (90) days from the
lst day of December, 1929 within wb ich to finish and complete the
work under sidewalk, curb and gutter Contract No.10, same being
on Tashirgton Street betr:een 16th Street and 17th Street in said
city.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption,
