AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEY TO PAY FOR PROPFRTY
FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPENING, EXTENDING AND ESTIBLISHING PARKER STRFFT
BETVIEEN MAIN AND KOERNER STRFFTS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.

OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTU-KY:
SECTION 1.
There is hereby appropriated the sum of One Hundred.
T,xenty-five.($125.00) Dollars for the purpose of paying C.M.ffocquot and
Mrs Kate Bockman for Lot No.16 in Lieberman's Addition in order to
open, extend and estai.lish Parker Street between Main and Koerner
Streets in said city.
SECTION 2.
The Commissioner of Public Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to dray: his check in favor of C.M.14ocquot and fairs Kate
Bookman for the sum of One Hundred twenty -file (f.125.00) Dollars in
payment for said property described in the first section hereof, aril
charge spme to the account of New Construction.
