A RESOLUTION REQUIRING TIE PAD'UCA14 t"ATER 13ORKS COMPANY
TO EXTEND I18 MAINS ON CERTAIN STF1"-,TS IN THF CITY Or' PADUCAH.

Or, THF CITY Or PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah Water 7orks Company be and is hereby
ordered and instructed to install and extend its mains as follows-
17ashington Street, from 16th Street
to 17th Street.
That said crater mains shall in all respects be extended
and installed under Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE
TO CRFATE AND ESTAPLISH A FRANCIIISE TO CONSTP'UCT, 07N, ACQUIRE,
MAINTAIN AND USE A 'IATFR '7ORKS PLANT AND I,'dATER DISTRTBUTING SYSTEM
"'ITHIN 11 -IF COP FORATE LIMI^lS OF Pf.IUCAH, AND INVESTING THE PURCHASER
TIIF.FEOi,l ';KITH RIGHTS, PO`:'ERS AND P IVI' EGES HEREIN SFT FORTH, AND
IMPOSING UPON SUCH PURCHASER THE DITTIES AND RFSPONSIEILITIES SET
OUT IN TILS ORDINANCE," which was adopted by the keneral Council of
the city of Paducah and approved by the Mayor, May 22nd, 1925, and
duly thereafter publisT,ed on May 25th, 1925.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect from and after its
passage.
