AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING P.10M Y TO PAY FOR PROPFRTY
FOR THF PU-POSE OF OPENING, EXTENDING AND ESTABLTSHING PARKER STREET,
13FTMEN MAIN AND KOERNER STRFTTS IN THF CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
BE IT ORDAINED B'THE BOARD OF COMMISFIONFRS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTTPCSY:
SECTION 1.
There is hereby appropriated the sum of One Hundred
Twenty-five ($'p125.00) Dollars for the purpose of paying Pat Cooper
for Lot No.45 in Lieberman's Addition in order to.open, extend
and establish Parker Strect, between Main and Koerner Streets in
said city.
SECTION 2.
The Commissioner of Public Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to draw his check in favor of Pat Cooper for the sum
of One Hundred Twenty-five ($,125.00) Dollars in payment for said
property described in the first section hereof, and charge same to
the account of New Construction.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage.
