A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THF PADUCAH WATER WORKS COMPANY TO
EXTEND ITS MAINS ON CERTAIN STRFFTS IN THE CITY Or• PADUCAH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THF BOARD OTS' COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CI'T'Y OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY.
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah ,-'later ':forks Company be and is hereby
ordered and instructed to install and extend its mains as follotivs:
Along Miller Street, from
Ficklin Avenue to Washington
Boulevard.
That said efaber mains shall in all respects be extended
and installed under section 5 of an ordinance entitled,
"AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE AND FSTABLISH A FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT,
OWN, ACQUIRE, MA.INTA.IN AND USE A'W-WER '"ORKS PLANT AND WATER
DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM !"?ITHIN THF CORPOFATE LIMITS OF PADUCAH, AND
NESTING THE PUPCHASER THEREOF WITH RIGHTS, POWERS AND PRIVILEGES
HEREIN SET FORTH, AND Il,'POSING UPON SUCH PURCHASER, THE DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES SET OUT I11 THF ORDINANCE," Which was adopted by the
General Council of the city of Paducah and approved by the Mayor,
May 22nd, 1925, and duly thereafter T)ublished on May 26th, 1925,
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect from and after its
ipassage.
