A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF GRAVEL STREFT,
AND CONCRETE CURBS, GUTTERS AND.DRIVEWAYS ON JONES STREET, FR 0'R THE
WEST CURB LINE OF 26TH STREET TO THE EAST CURB LINE OF 28TH STREET,
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY, TOGETHER WITH ALL
NECESSARY MANHOIES, INTAKES, CATCH BASINS, SEIIER AND DRAIN PIPE, AND
ALL NECESSARY'ENGINEFRING, ADVERTISING AND LEGAL AND CLERICAL SERVICE
IN CONNECTION THEREWITH AT THE COST OF THE ABUTTING PROPERTY 011TTERS
AND PROVIDING THAT SAME MAY BE CONSTRUCTED UPON THE TEN YEAR PAYMIENT
PLAN.
1'JHEFEAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a necessity
that the driveway on Jones Street, from the !"Jest curb line of 26th
Street to the East curb line of 28th Street. in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be improved by the construction of gravel street,and concrete
curbs, gutters and driveways, together with all necessary manholes,
intakes, catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIT:' BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the driveway on Jones Street, from the West curb line of
26th Street to the East curb line of 28th Street, in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed with gravel, and concrete curbs,
gutters and criveways, together with all necessary manholes, intakes,
catch basins, sei�,er and drain pipe, and all necessary engineering,
advertising and legal andclerical service in connection therewith, and
all of which shall be done on the ten year payment plan and assessed
against the abutting property o-ners on both sides thereof.
SECTION 2.
The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an ordinance
for the construction of said work after the adoption and publication of
this resolution.

This resolution shall take effect ten days after its
