AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE PURCIIA.SE OF AN AUSTIN-
WESTERN ROAD GRADER IN THE DEPARTIIFNT OF PU13LIC WORKS, AND PROVIDING
FOR PAYMCNT THET-FOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TTTF BOARD. OF COV1I:ISSIO`1T-RS OF TIIF
CITY OF PAPUCPH, KL•NTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Commissioner of Public 'Xorks be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to purchase from the H.A.Petter Supply
Company, one Austin-17estern Road Grader for the price of Five Fundred'
and Thirty (;x530.00) Dollars; same being the regular fixed price
and value of such grader. Same to be paid for out of appropriation:

SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
