A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE PADUCAH WATER COMPANY TO
EXTEND ITS MAINS ON CERTPIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCIa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C0131ISSIONERS OP THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KEPITUCKY:
SUCTION le
That the Paducah Water Company be and is hereby ordered
and instructed to install and extend its mains as follows:
Kentucky Avenue, from 25th St. to 28th St:
20th Street, from Jackson St. to "C" St.
Clark Street, from 28th St. to Lone Oak Road.
28th Street, from Broadway to Jackson St.
That said viater mains shall in all respects be extended
and installed under Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, "AN
ORDINANCE TO CREATE AND ESTABLISH A'FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, OWN,
ACQUIRE, MAINTAIN AND USE A NATER WORKS PLANT AND 'EATER DISTRIBUTIN
SYSTEM WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF PADUCAH, AND INVESTING THE
PURCHASER THEREOF WITH RIGHTS, POi'ER AND PRIVILEGES HEREIN SET
FORTH, AVID IMPOSING UPON SUCH PURCHASER THE DUTIES AND RESPONS4
IBILITIES SET OUT III THE ORDINANCE," which was adopted by the
General Council•of the City of Paducah and approved by the Mayor,
May 22nd, 1925, and duly thereafter published on Yay 26th, 1925.

This resolution shall take effect from and after its
