MAY BF CONSTRUCTED UPON Tim TEN YEAR PAYMENT PLAN. WHEREAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a necessity that sidewalks, driveways, curbs and gutters on the !;lest side of Twentieth Street, from the South curb line of Jackson btreet to the junction of Twentieth Street and P:'heeler Avenue; and on the South side of Wheeler Avenue, from the junction of Twentieth Street and Wheeler Avenue to the West property line of "C" Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be constructed of concrete, together with all necessary manholes intakes, catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REFOIVED BY THE BOARD OF COMi,iISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That sidewalks, driveways, curbs and gutters on the Nest side of Twentieth Street, from the South curb line of Jackson Street to the junction of Twentieth Street and Nheeler Avenue; and on the South side of 17heeler Avenue, from the junction of Twentieth Street and ,'Iheeler Avenue to the West property line of "C" Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky be constructed of concrete, together with all necessary manholes, intakes, catch basins, sewer and drain pipe, and all necessary engineering, advertising and legal and clerical service in connection therewith; all of which shall be done upon the ten year payment plan and assessed against the abutting property owners thereon, SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby directed to bring in an ordinance for the construction df said work after the adoption and passage of this resolution. SECTION 3.
