A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE PADUCAH WATER COMPANY TO EXTEND
ITS BLAINS ON CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COT-UJISSIONERS OP THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, IENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah Water Company be and is hereby ordered and
instructed to install and extend its mains as follows:
Monroe St. between 14th and 15th Streets.
Hays Ave. from Sovrell St. to Bridge St;
From the end of the Iain on the Mayfield Road,along
the I,Iayfield Road to the Schneidman Road; thence
along the Schneidman Road to Hill Street.
Bell St. from the Schneidman Road to a point approx-
imately 1501 cast of Kruger Street.
Markham St. from the Schneidman Road to a point
approximately 2501 east of Kruger St.
Hill Street from the Schneidman Road to a point
approximately 3501 east of Kruger Street;
That said Nater mains shall in all respects be extended and
Installed under Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, AN ORDINANCE
TO CREATE AND ESTABLISH A FRANCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, OK, ACQUIRE, MAINTAIN
AND USE A HATER WORKS PLANT AND WATER DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM11ITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF PADUCAH, AND INVESTING THE PURCHASER THEREOF LIITH
;RIGHTS, POWER AND PRIVILEGES HEREIN SET FORTH, AND IMPOSING UPON SUCH
PURCHASER THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SET OUT IN THE ORDINAIICE".
which was adopted by the General Council of the City of Paducah and
approved by the Mayor May 22nd, 1925 and duly thereafter published
on May 26th, 1925.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall take effect from and after its passage;
