A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE PADUCAIi '.TATER 7.'Or4M COILPANY
TO E TEND ITS PAINS ON CERTAIN STR--:FTS IN THE CITY OP PADUCAH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIG BOARD OF C07111IFFIONERS OF
THE CI5 Y OF PADUCAH, H .11TUCICY:
SECTION 1.
That the Paducah 'later Works Company be and is hereby
ordered and instructed to install and extend its mains as follows:
On 27th Street from the hayfield Road
to Virginia Street, and on Virginia
Street from 27th Street to 28th Street.
That said water mains shall in all respects be extended
and installed under Section 5 of an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE
TO CnEATE AND %STAI'LISH A FRAVCHISE TO CONSTRUCT, 0.7N, ACQUIRE, r A17TAIN
d.ND USE A ':'ATER '''ORKS PLANT I.ND l!LTER ZISTRIBUTING SYSTEM '.'TITHIN THE
CORPORATE LII ITS OF PADUCAH, AND INVESTING THE PURCHASER TIP -RLP, 7TITH
R':('HTS, PO':iFRS AND PRIVILEGES HEIEIN SET FORTH, AND IUPOSING UPON SUCH
PURCHASER THE DUTIES A'1ID RESPONSIBILITIES SET OUT IN THE ORDIIIA mE;
•which was adopted by the General Council of the City of Paducah and
approved by the mayor, May 22nd,.1925, and duly ;thereafter published
on lay 26th, 1925.
