''.'FIERFAS, it is deemed and is hereby declared to be a necessity +
that concrete curbs, gutters and driveways be constructed on both sides II
of North Fourteenth Street, from the North property line of Jefferson
Street to the South property line of Monroe Street in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS P,OARD OF COM!'.-IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1.
That concrete curbs, gutters and driveways be constructed on
both sides of North 'Fourteenth Street, from the North property line of
Jefferson street to the South property line of Monroe Street, in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, together with all necessary manholes, intakes
catch basins, sewer and drain pine, and all necessary engineering,
advertising and legal and clerical service in connection therewith; all
Of erhich shall be 'one on the ten year payment Plan and assessed against
the abutting property owners on both sides of said street.
SECTION 2.
The City `olicitor is hereby directed to' 'bring in an ordinance
for the construction of said work after the adoption and passage of this
resolution.
SECTION 3.
This resolution shall take effect ten days after its passage.
