to be a necessity that the driveway on T.Tadison Street, in the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, from the ':lest Property line of Fifth Street to
the East property line of Eighth Street and Sixth Street from the
North property line of T=adison Street to the South property line of
Trimble Street and Seventh Street from the North property line of
I'z:,dison Street to the South property line of Clay Street, in the City
of Paducah, Kentucky; be constructed of improved. paving material; no,,,;,
therefore,

SECTION 1.
That the driveway on ?'adison Street, from the
:Iesb property line of Fifth Street to the East property line of Eighth
Street and Sixth Street from the North property line of .Tadison Street
to the South property line of Trimble Street and Seventh Street from
the Uorth property line of I.Tadison Street to the South property line
of Clay Street, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be constructed of
concrete, asphalt, bitulithic or other improved paving material as may
be determined b;r the Board of Cozamisuioners'as the best and most
economical material for the construction thereof, with all necessary
curbs, gutters, zbenholes, intakes, catch basins and sewer pipe.and
en3ineering, advertising and lo3al and clerical service in connection
therewith and all of which shall be done on the ten year payment plan
